    Glad you’re hanging in there, and that the little chimney sweep is, too.

    After reading about your deck, canoe and backyard plans, now I can’t wait for next summer either.

    heart in SF – the kids being back at my home will be amazing in itself, but yeah I want them to have a nice backyard to come back to. They deserve it.

    Woo-hoo! And remember, they’ve made the World Series on 3 of their last 4 trips to the playoffs (1981 doesn’t count – strike year). Of course, those trips are YEARS apart, but still. Go Phils!
