Van – I got your e-mail. My heart hurts FOR you. I am glad you have the kids with you this weekend, perhaps their presence will ease some of the pain. Take care of yourself, alright? Hang in there. I’m thinking about you and your family. Be strong. Be gentle to yourself. xoxo
Yea, that daddy smile is so natural. Viv looks great in the pink cast…and your Bubba is sure growing up. I like the sense that they are, indeed, “home” when with you.
I just wanted you to know that my thoughts are with you. I hope that the kids being with you will ease your pain, if only for a few days. If you need anything other than thoughts, like cookies maybe, just let me know. Take care of yourself.
I’m so sorry. What a bittersweet time. You are definitely in my thoughts right now. The pictures are beautiful. Love that last one; your smile speaks your heart.
And one more thing. I feel so awful for your loss and happy for you being with the kids. And we’ve never met. It’s amazing how much you affect people. I was just sitting here feeling good and bad for you, this person I only met online.

For some reason, I can’t see the photos and I really want to. There is just a blank space under the post title.
