Happy Birthday Bubs!
I’ll keep this short today because my son, Van Jr. is 8 years old today. Thank you Bubba for teaching me so much and making me laugh. I love you champ, all my heart, always.
Pictures from the Battleship Blast… boy, we had fun. The Phillie Phanatic was there, there were folks from the Flyers, live music (on top of one of the turrets which must have been cool for the musicians), there were Wii games set up, food, a couple of ladies from the Sixers Dance Team, fireworks, and for the first time in 20 years, they fired the 5″ guns (which was the encore to the fireworks and WHOA they were loud!)…

It’s actually probably kind of nuts how I grab the computer screen and hug it when shots of your kids scroll past.
